We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or power upgrades (such as Talaria E-Moto Bikes, Custom graphic kits, EBMX Batteries, Any electronic components O.E.M or aftermarket, EBMX controllers, EBMX motors or personalized items). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials (Batteries of any kind). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Any return requests on electronic components including all Power upgrade parts are subject to approval and will have a 10% restocking fee applied if approved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We can process an exchange order but your new exchange item will not ship until the original item purchased has been returned. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus your original shipping cost and 10% restocking fee if applied to the specific return items) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ENHANCE YOUR ELECTRIC RIDE

 

The X-9000 Power Kit is compatible with a range of Electric Motorcycles and a range of Motors.

At present we sell a plug and play kit for the following Electric Motorcycles:

  • E-Ride PRO SS 2.0

The Kit you purchase from us will contain in your X-9000 Box all parts needed for an OEM Replacement with the X-9000.

 

 

This Kit is a direct bolt in for the SurRon Light Bee and Talaria Sting bikes with no extra brackets needed, no phase wire extensions or other additional parts (harness adapter included). 

*Please note all X-9000 sent from 28 Nov 2023 will be Version 2; the old style of heatsink(V1) will not fit on a V2 Controller due to different screw placement*

The X-9000 has been purpose built with dirt bike riders in mind.

Using components sourced from reputable suppliers, each item has been engineered for peak performance, from the CNC machined internals and bus bars, injection molded cover to the fully waterproof construction.

Whether you are trying to nail a wheelie, riding hard enduro, competing in a race series, commuting to work, or just cruising the trails with your family the X-9000 is built to give you ultimate freedom and control.

  • Custom EBMX App for tuning and full control (Available free in the App Store and Google Play Store)
    • Multiple power modes and full adjustment in each mode
    • Adjustable speed limits for different ride modes
    • Customizable dashboard to set the display up how you want
  • Built in and programmable DC/DC Converter with 4 programmable 12v outputs for running a coolant pump, headlights and other 12v accessories as required and controllable through the app.
  • Air-cooled heatsink as standard (comes in black, blue, red, gold or purple). 
  • Wiring harness connections are fully sealed and come straight out of the controller with fully waterproof IP67 rated connectors for the harnesses.
  • Direct bolt in for the SurRon Light Bee and Talaria Sting bikes with no extra brackets needed, no phase wire extensions or other additional parts (harness adapter included).
    • Integration with both SurRon hall-based motors and Talaria encoder motors
  • SW102 (EggRider) Display included and custom firmware to allow monitoring of motor temp, controller temp along with all of the regular display info.
  • Can be setup with a smart phone for the display or to check info as desired
  • Super heavy-duty construction internally and externally to sustain hard riding and high-powered batteries and motors.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EBMX STRONGLY ADVISE THAT POWER KITS ARE INSTALLED BY PROFESSIONALS AT APPROVED EBMX DEALER. IF YOU CHOOSE TO INSTALL A POWER KIT BY YOURSELF, YOU ARE FULLY ACKNOWLEDGING THE RISKS YOU TAKE (TO YOURSELF AND THE POWER KIT/BIKE).  FAILING TO INSTALL A POWER KIT CORRECTLY OR PREFORMING MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR BIKE YOURSELF COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO YOUR POWER KIT/BIKE OR TO YOURSELF. EBMX AND OUR DEALER NETWORK TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ISSUES ARISING FROM SELF-INSTALLATION OF POWER KITS.
IF ISSUES ARISE WITH THE SELF-INSTALLATION OF YOUR POWER KIT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND CONTACT THE EBMX DEALER WHERE YOU PURCHASED YOUR KIT WITH THE REQUESTED INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE INSPECTION SHEET AT THE END OF THIS DOCUMENT. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TECH SUPPORT FEE OF $125 USD AND ONCE PAID, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO ARRANGE A SUITABLE TIME FOR TROUBLESHOOTING HELP.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE ISSUE WITH YOUR BIKE TURNS OUT TO BE A MANUFACTURE ERROR OR ISSUE, YOU WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED YOUR PAYMENT.

It’s a piece of art, absolutely beautiful. The boys at ZealRacing walked me through it and kept me updated. Got it installed and it’s a beast, love it.
